Duties:

• Assist customers to process deposits, withdrawals, or payments
• Answer inquiries and resolve complaints or account discrepancies
• Inform customers about bank products and services
• Accurately track, record, and report transactions and customer information
• Follow all bank financial and security regulations and procedures
• Other relevant duties

Requirements:

• The candidate must be organized, professional, and courteous
• A person of high integrity
• Ordinary National Diploma (OND)
• At least a Credit in NECO/WASSCE/GCE English Language
• Candidate must be less than 28 years old
